Adizero Boston 13 Running Shoes power tempo runs with lightweight cushioning and responsive energy return
What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:
“I use the Boston 13 for weekly threshold workouts and long runs. The extra Lightstrike Pro foam keeps things soft yet springy, and the EnergyRods give it just the right structure to feel stable without being stiff. They’re fast, breathable, and reliable even on longer runs."
We train smarter and race stronger with the adidas Adizero Boston 13 Shoes. Designed for tempo sessions, long progression runs, and peak marathon prep, this shoe delivers speed and support with every stride. A light mesh upper offers breathability and lockdown, while the updated platform brings even more energy return than its predecessor.
With 13.8% more Lightstrike Pro in the midsole and re-engineered ENERGYRODS 2.0, we get cushioned propulsion from footstrike through toe-off. The Continental™ Rubber and LIGHTTRAXION outsole grips across conditions, making this one of our go-to trainers whether we're logging weekday mileage or chasing race-day goals.

love these shoes they are fast and light
love these shoes stylish fast and light great support all round but just feel they are a little narrow. I have to wear orthotic insoles so I always go up a full size but just feel with these I couldn't run a 20 miler so I think they are best for shorter distance for me. to tight for long distance

So responsive and well-rounded!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only gotten a few miles on these but they’re a great daily trainer so far. Perfect balance between firmness and cushion for me. This shoe lets me be myself when I run and is so versatile between easy sessions and tempo/interval runs.

Falling apart after one month, so disappointing
I was so looking forward to trying these. I initially like the little extra bounce they gave. However two main issues. This is the second AdiZero model that gives me blisters in my arches and after a month and less than 75 miles they’re already falling apart in the front. So disappointed in this model, especially as I was looking forward to them for longer runs than I could get out of my old ultraboost

Great trainers
Fits a little smaller than the evo SL. Tighter toe box so I'd recommend going up half a size. Overall great trainers!

They’re a bit bigger than my usual size.
I ran my fastest 10K in this shoes. If I’m doing a LSD, I probably wouldn’t choose this shoes — they feel a bit unstable for me. But for speed workouts and races, I think they’re a great choice.

not lasted very long
Comfier show to run in than the 12s however i'm really disappointed with the quality. The sole has worn so quickly compared to my boston 12s and ive barely ramped up the miles yet. I very nearly got the evo SL's and i wish i had done, the only reason. didn't was because the sizes i ordered didn't fit as they seem to fit really small so i was sick of sending them back. Boston 12s - size 4 Boston 13s - size 4.5 SL's - Needed a 5 i think as the others were too small.
