Why We Like The adidas Terrex Agravic Speed Trail Running Shoe
When our day calls for tricky terrain, rocky obstacles, and dusty hardpack, we look no further than the adidas Terrex Agravic Speed Trail Running Shoe to help us stay light on our feet. The sock-like construction lends unimpeded mobility and the breathable mesh offers ample ventilation when we start to kick things up into high octane. The perforated EVA instep allows air to circulate within the shoe and regulate our foot's temperature and help prevent blisters and uncomfortable feet. Meanwhile, the EVA midsole attenuates shock and provides ample comfort underfoot, and the Continental Rubber outsole rips and grips varied terrain, even when Mother Nature unleashes an unexpected bout of precipitation.

Here's what customers have to say
The reviews indicate that the trail running shoes are generally well-received. Many describe them as lightweight, comfortable, and having good grip and traction, suitable for both trails and road running. Some common positive comments include the shoes being "very light", "grippy", and providing a "nice spring" to the step. However, a few reviewers noted the shoes feeling "gummy" or "sticky" on larger rocks, and some issues with the sizing. Overall, the consensus is that the shoes are a high-quality, lightweight option that performs well on a variety of terrain, though minor fit and durability concerns were noted by a small number of users.

Grippy
As I moved to the Peak District, this has turned to my daily trainer. Although it’s big, it adds for more stability

Great trail shoe
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great trail shoe. Light but still robust enough to cope with rough terrain. Love these. Colour is great too!

Awesome engineering on these comfy trail shoes.
These shoes blew me away. Ordering online you dont exactly know what to expect. I was surprised by how awesome these are. The mesh polymer upper is ultra breathable and the elastic tongue wraps around your foot for superior hold. I'm not a paid reviewer y'all, just do yourself a favor and check these out!

I like it, I like it a lot
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It just feels good. Not much in the ankle but makes up for it in speed

Too gummy and sizing off
The first thing that stands out is that these run large, maybe by as much as a half-size compared to other brands which I've run in. Probably because of this, I got some blistering under the arch, similar to some earlier versions of popular supershoes if you're familiar. My other main complaint is that these felt 'gummy' or 'sticky' on the toes. Basically, the grip is very high, but because the lugs are a bit soft, they bottom of the shoe would stick to bigger rocks but it felt like the rest of the shoe was still moving, so I was constantly feeling like I was going to roll my ankle. This could have been a side effect of the sizing with my foot having a bit of space to move even while the shoe was stuck to a rock. Otherwise, the shoe very much had a road shoe geometry and it felt pretty fast on non-technical sections. However, just didn't work for me for technical, will try sizing down by a half-size and see if it helps.

50 mile first run
Received the shoe on Friday afternoon and laced it up for a fifty mile race the next day. The shoe fit great, and was lightweight and responsive. The trail was muddy due to a recent rain storm, but the traction was great. Ran in the shoe from start to finish.

Another superb product from Adidas
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it to replace my old version of the Terrex Speed Ultra (no rods and low profile) as it has the same characteristics (dual foam, lower profile, fast and agile). It is very light, very breathable and very fast too. Suitable for runs/races up to 30km. I normally wear a UK8 but I had to go for a UK7.5. So 1/2 smaller is the way to go.
