Lives up to the name Waterproof
I was gifted these boots from my parents 4 years ago and these boots live up to their name ! I've tromped through thick clay mud, and 3-4" deep puddles and my feet are dry while doing my job outside as a color consultant for homes. I use these when its pouring outside or just drizzling and even in a temps like 45F with thick wool socks( I'm a pansy and need warm toasty feet anything under 45 and I wear something different) . They look great with any pants - dark trousers, jeans and long skirts that go to ankles. they also slip off easily when going inside to not mess up clients floors. They are a good nice casual boot and don't make my feet tired or sore. They fit right just out of the box and I'm a women's 11 with wide toe box and skinny heel and ankles with long toes that angle down like steps so the almond toe works well with my long toes. No bunions for me ! The leather is durable and with proper care they will only need resoling in the heel area as I wear that area out first , next maybe in another 4 years. I've only had them taken in to the cobbler 1x to get them buffed and polished and the heel rubber replaced. I use Boot leather cleaner and cream to maintain them so there is no cracking at the toe bend area. Best gift I've received in a long time and I'm tempted to get them in black! I only with wish they came in knee high variety !

Cute but don’t withstand hard work
I love the way these look and are generally comfortable for shorter days, but the sole has not held up to use. I needed to put insoles in a couple months in and can see the foam, just no support overall. The “wood” wrapping on the heels has completely peeled off leaving the white block underneath exposed after getting stepped on barely once by a horse and overtime on the other one it has peeled off bit by bit. They are waterproof though.

Bought this shoes a year ago. They are incredible comfortable, but the quality is poor. I didn’t used them a lot; just a few hours a week and only in good weathers. The first shoes ever dat are ready for the bin.

Comfy, runs big
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Comfortable boot, recommend sizing down. I normally wear 9.5 W but had to re-order and size down to 9 W due to slippage, even when trying thicker socks. Still have some extra room in the 9 Ws, so I’ll probably buy insoles for more comfort.

Great boots
Great boots. Love that they are waterproof. My only concern is that they're a little narrow. Hoping they stretch out with wear.

I normally wear an 8 1/2 to 9 medium, but when I use my custom Orthotics, I have to go up a half size and go to the wide width. So with Orthotics, I would use a 9C shoe. Would you recommend A 9C or 9 1/2 C in this boot for use with Orthotics?

I have a slightly wider foot ... I do well in Hoka Bondi runners for instance (though the wide is too wide), but not in Nikes. As far as boots go, I can walk all day in UGGS. Am I ok with a B-medium and sizing up a half size from my street shoe size?

I have bunions, but the rest of my foot and heels are normal to narrow. Should I stay with regular width?

Is the wide any larger in the shaft and/or in the heel of the boot or just in the toe box? I have the boot in normal width and it is very roomy in the ankle and heel, but tight on side of toes, so I only want room in toes, not extra elsewhere. Thanks!
