Well made shoe
The shoes seem well made but I wore them on a couple of mile beach walk and they gave me blisters in a couple of places. I washed them to see if i could soften them up. I really like them but have wimpy feet so it may take some time.

Comfort and breathability
My boyfriend hasn't taken these off since I bought them. He wears them everywhere. He's obsessed. He is sensory driven and HATES shoes, he refuses to take these off. They're fantastic. I recommend them to everyone.

Great Shoe for everyday wear!

A foot for your foot
The Astral Loyak Ms are exactly what I wanted: lightweight, flexible, and surprisingly durable for how minimal they feel. These are my 4th pair and every time I buy another it’s like strapping on a protective foot over your actual foot – no bulk, just solid grip and enough protection to get the job done. No matter the event, they stay comfortable all day without feeling clunky or restrictive. If you’re looking for a shoe that lets your foot move naturally but still shields it from rocks and hot pavement these are it. Think barefoot freedom meets “don’t worry, I got you covered” durability. Highly recommend.

Great for Fly Fishing
Love these shoes, they hold well to most riverbeds, although some rocks will not provide grip no matter what you have on your feet. I think they fit really well, rinse off really well, and look great. I use them for fly fishing in Colorado.

My all time favorite!
Perfection from the start. My All-Time favorite! Walking in these shoes make you feel connected with the ground. I traveled with these shoes all throughout Europe. And has been my day to day work shoes as well. The natural foot shape design and the breathable topper, simply amazing. Now I do wish the insole was not made out of plastic, but instead a more breathable material or moisture wicking material. That probably would help when people decided to wear these without socks. Great job Astral. I will continue to wear these Loyaks for years to come. Please don't change any of the elements that made these shoes phenomenal!

I'm looking for a good wet wader that will hold up while I'm fishing streams. Are these tough enough to handle hours in rocky bottomed water? How well do they keep gravel out, it gets old taking does of to dump rocks at every gravel bar.
