More useful than I thought!
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
I was initially worried this bag wouldn't fit my 9.5mm, 60m rope, but after doing some research, I decided to go for it—and it definitely fits! I ended up using my own Mammut tarp instead of the one provided, since the included tarp isn't attached to the bag and is just a simple flat sheet. It does offer some protection from dirt, though. There's still room to attach my climbing shoes, and it's clear that a helmet would fit just fine as well. You can also clip quickdraws or other gear inside the bag using the two plastic-covered straps—plus, there's still space to spare!
