Heavyweight Screentap Liners keep hands warm with touchscreen-ready fleece design
What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:
"I use these on winter runs and ski tours when I want warmth without bulk, and they work perfectly. The stretch fleece is comfortable, and the touchscreen function is spot on—I can use my phone without exposing my hands to the cold. They’re also great as liners under heavier gloves on really cold days."
For chilly morning runs, backcountry tours, and even the daily commute, we slip into the Black Diamond Heavyweight Screentap Liners. These gloves offer warmth, dexterity, and the convenience of full touchscreen control, so we can navigate maps, check messages, or snap photos without removing them.
Built from warm, stretchy fleece, the Heavyweight Screentap Liners feature U|R Powered material across the palm and fingers, ensuring responsive screen use while keeping our hands protected from the cold. A synthetic suede palm patch improves grip on poles, dog leashes, or coffee cups, and the DWR finish helps fend off light snow and moisture. Worn solo or layered under a shell glove, they’re a versatile winter essential.

Amazing gloves
Recently while at a fitness club my coat was stolen with my Black Diamond gloves in the pockets. No hesitation in ordering a replacement pair. I have Raynauds disease in my hands, these are the only gloves that keep my hands warm. Thank you Black Diamond!

Stiff & not as "heavyweight" as I hoped
I have the mid-weight liners in a small and I love them. I sadly lost one and needed a new pair. I decided to buy bought the mid-weight replacement and to try these Heavyweight liners for colder days. After trying them 3 times, they were not for me. They were stiff, felt really tight, and still had the same temp rating as the mid-weight. They added no value to my glove collection, so I will be returning them.

Early Christmas Gift
I bought the gloves for my son who commutes into the city every day and gave them to him as an early Christmas gift. I’m quoting him, I love these gloves. I don’t know how they work, but they really work great!

Good Fit and Screentap works
These gloves fit well and the screentap actually works. It's nice to be able to keep my gloves on while using my phone.
