They do wear down eventually!
I noticed my poles were really “clicky” on rocks. Checked, and the rubber was totally worn down to the metal. Now I’m back to quieter hiking and not marking rocks!

Z-poles upgrade to Rubber tips
Impressive improvement to z-poles - hard rubber tips. We are hoping this change will allow the poles to be eligible for carry-on when clearing TSA at the airport.

Great option for hiking!
These Tech Tip rubber tips are a huge improvement over the rubber caps that I had previously used (and which constantly fell off). I purchased them for a multi-day trek on the Alta Via Uno in the Dolomites and hiked across all types of terrain, from dirt to rock to creek to snow, and these tips held up great!

Short Life
The tips are well made and easy to change. I wish they lasted longer and that I didn't have to pay a shipping fee the was slightly lest than the cost of the tips.

Love the Icon 700 Headlamp!
Love the Icon 700 Headlamp! Hiking in and out of the woods in the dark was more like a daytime walk! Comfortable and the beam is directional which is what I was looking for.
