What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:

"I reach for the Adrenaline GTS 24 GTX when the weather’s unpredictable but I still want reliable comfort and support. The waterproof GORE-TEX® keeps my feet dry, and the GuideRails™ tech helps me stay aligned, especially on long walks or runs through town."

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Color is perfect! There isn’t much cushion in the heel. The plastic digs into my right foot. I’ve worn Brooks shoes for the last 10+ years. I would appreciate some feedback from the folks who made this shoe.

Supportive, but little stiff

Good shoe, supportive, but a little stiff on the outside of the foot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 24 GTX about 1–2 weeks ago from a store in Vancouver, Canada. I bought them specifically because they are advertised with GORE-TEX waterproofing, but I’m having a problem: water keeps getting into the toe/forefoot area and my feet get wet even in light rain or walking through shallow puddles. I expected the GORE-TEX layer to keep my feet dry. I’ve checked the seams and there is no obvious damage, so I’m concerned this pair may be defective or there may be a fitting/installation issue. Has anyone else experienced water ingress in the toe area with this model? Can Brooks advise whether this is a known issue or what my next steps should be (repair, exchange, or return)? I’m happy to provide photos or the store/receipt information if needed. Thanks — I appreciate any help

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the fact that they are waterproof to a point. They are warmer than other Adrenaline shoes.

Much wider than my last pair so mostly keeping them for walking and hiking -compared with previous models I find them a bit clunky but still a huge Brooks fan after many years of racing and wear testing !

Might have to get rid of these

Tighter fit than prior Brooks shoes, so far not particularly comfortable and toes feel cramped.

Very stiff. I’m trying to get them to loosen up. Definitely water proof. Just stiff. I may need to go 1/2 size bigger.

Perfect for long walks in tricky terrain

I'm not a runner, but I am a walker. An old walker in both age and time spent. I have found that Brooks running shoes work perfectly for me since I often traverse some tricky terrain in all sort of conditions. They're are always a perfect fit, and the Gortex variety are my absolute favorite since they keep my feet dry in the dew soaked grass AND during times that I get caught in a sudden downpour. I was initially disappointed with the "new" look, but it's growing on me. Keep up the good work!
