Here's what customers have to say

The running shoes provide good cushioning, support, and comfort for most users. They are described as lightweight yet durable, with responsive cushioning and a stable ride. However, some customers found the latest version to be narrower and more snug in the toe box compared to previous models. A few also experienced issues with blisters or rubbing, and some felt the cushioning was too soft or the sole too firm. Overall, the shoes are still considered a great stability option, especially for those with flat feet or who overpronate, though customers recommend ordering a half size up.

I switched from the 23s to the 24s as I could no longer purchase my size in the old ones. These have destroyed my feet and really hurt my knees/back. Compared to the previous version these fit very tightly and have a small tab that will rub the insides of your feet if you have wider feet and run longer distances. They do not have the same cushion and wide support. If you are thinking of purchasing these I highly suggest you try them on in person before purchasing.

Didn’t last very long!

I bought these shoes for my 14 year old son who is a new runner but aimed to run on the high school cross country team. He only wore the shoes for running. He did not train more than 5-10 miles a week at most all summer ( I know not enough… 🤷‍♀️). He tried out and mad the team in mid August and began running 3-5 miles daily with the team for 1-3 weeks when he started having shin . I am sure the shin splints are partly/ mostly due to his lack of training all summer. But his coach took one look at his shoes and told him he should get new ones as “those are shot”. Disappointed, I took him to our local running store who confirmed this - and looking at them - the tread is already worn down! He couldn’t have ran 100 miles in the 2 months he owned these! We have purchased a new shoe from different brand now- and hopefully they last longer than 2 months!

Have purchased these shoes in the past. They are comfortable and provide great support. This time, the shoe seems a little shorter in the toe area as my toes comes nearly to the end of the shoe. I ordered the size I have ordered in the past. Decided to keep them to avoid the hassle and will just wear thinner socks.

Wonderful

Excellent. I walk 5 miles/day, and my feet are so relieved with this shoe.

Not happy with Adrenaline GTS 24s

I cannot believe the same company that designed and manufactured the Adrenaline GTS 22 and 23 shoes made this GTS 24. I have never worn such an uncomfortable shoe. Even trying to go up a half size did not help. The shoes are not truly sized. They were tight. They caused pain in my instep and arch. After trying two pair for multiple days I finally had to return both pair and began searching on-line for any stores that still had Adrenaline GTS 23s in stock. I have been able to purchase a number of pairs so hopefully I can hold out until the 25s come out and hopefully Brooks will have resolved all the problems they caused with the GTS 24 design, Most disappointed.

Perfect for an arthritic foot.

I am an active senior. But after years of wear and tear I need a sturdy shoe with great arch support. I have 3 pairs of GTS 24's.

Narrow Toe Box

Very comfortable shoe with excellent support. However, for me, even though I bought an 11 wide, the toe box was narrow and squeezed my toes together somewhat. This requires me to clip my toe nails more often and is not good for extended use (should not wear for more than an hour or two per day). Shoes with narrow toe boxes can lead to issues like bunions, ingrown toenails, and other foot deformities due to the pressure they exert on the toes. The narrow toe box could be perfect shoe if you have narrower feet.

I have been wearing Adrenalines for just over 10 years. I take a 2E (Wide) width and the Adrenaline was always perfect up until the 24. I bought the grey version and they feel a size small and very narrow. I see that a few other people had the same issue. It seems as though the size and width vary by color. I ultimately gave up on them and found an unused pair of 23s that fit perfectly. Was this a fluke or did something happen with the sizes?
