Brooks 16 may be last year's model, but they are still great running shoes!

Cool comfort
3rd pair of these to alternate for strength training and treadmill runs. At 64, 5’7”, these perform well, are super comfortable with wide toe box - always get them 1/2 size bigger. They work for me and my podiatrist recommended.

Good solution for a sore foot.
Bought as relief for plantar fasciitis. Needed an everyday alternative to the Ghost Max series. Love the fit and feel of these for everyday wear. Liked them so well, I bought a second pair.

Ghost 16 are great!
I absolutely love Ghost 16 (women) - I have five pairs of the 16s! I am not happy at all with the Ghost Max - I have two of those and the soles shred apart. Overall, I love Brooks shoes! The best ever was 13 and 15 was my least favorite.

Comfortable right out of the box. I don’t wear them for running but they are very comfortable for wearing as footwear.

Good but squishy
I've been wearing Ghost for about 12 years. I'm an avid walker and used to be a runner. I still do some interval running and walking. I like the 16s, but they are a good bit more squishy than the past Ghost. They take some getting used to. I hope they take a step back on this trend.
