These gloves don't keep it the wind

How does Carhart claim these gloves feature windproof technology when they clearly they never been to Amarilli TX. The wind cuts right through the gloves. They are useless at keeping the cold wind out. Carhart needs to please reach out to me the consumer and make this right. Heated gloves would be nice js.
