Different than traditional

Not what you're used to, not bad. The different fit means that these work loose faster than my traditional Chacos. Once loosened, I'm more likely to scuff the toe. Pick up your feet and these make a easy, lightweight summer sandal.

Horrible Shoe - don’t buy.

The strap against the big toe rubs against the skin to cause a terrible blister. This shoe is horrible. I do not recommend buying it.

Love Chaco but not these

I am an avid Chaco supporter but I don’t love these. I’ve had them for just a few months and the straps are already getting torn up at the clasp. The leather connector is detaching by the heel. I’ve had a pair of black Zs for two years before replacing and only had to do it then because the soles got too worn in (didn’t realize they had a send-in program at the time). Been wearing the new pair for another two and they are my top fav shoe so I know it’s not the brand.

Straps don’t stay tight

I really love the color of my sandals and the comfort, but the straps don’t stay tight whatsoever. No matter how I adjust them, they always end up slipping loose. I have three pairs of chacos and these are the one pair that loosen up like this. Really disappointed.

Overall very happy with the product

These are so comfortable and look super cute! The only gripe I have is that the straps don't stay tightened very long. Not long since owning, the buckles snagged on a piece of thread on each shoe, so that inadvertently keeps the straps tight... the snags just make it harder to take the sandals off then. I can't give my lowdowns a perfect rating because of this, but it doesn't change how much I like them. I bought them because I heard they were comfortable, and I wanted a nice pair of sandals to wear out and about, and these met my expectations. Overall very happy with them

Okay but annoying

Little support, straps don't stay secure- regular tightening is needed during use, okay sandals, but annoying.

Strap frayed immediately

Recently purchased a pair of these — I love the colors, and they’re lightweight, but still have good arch support. I’m wishing I had read some of the reviews here first! As some have noted, the strap doesn’t stay tight, and sadly on both sides the little “teeth” on the clasp dug through the strap fabric and got stuck. Now the strap is frayed in that spot and the clasp gets stuck every time, and after only a couple wears. I’m contrast, I’ve had a pair of Chaco Z/2s for almost a decade and love them. I was hoping for a cute lightweight city version, but sadly these are not it.

Comfy but decline in sole quality

I have loved chacos for 20+ years. Recently bought these and they feel great but for the 1st time I’m disappointed with the quality of the sole. After a few wears they look beat up. I like the older sole better for its quality.

Straps Loosen

They are so cute! My only issue is that the straps do not stay tightened as easily as my other chacos. I have very narrow feet and every time I put these on they need lots of adjusting. Otherwise they are a great sandal!

Wish it was better news

The straps do not maintain tension and loosen right up. The strap material is a looser weave and catches on the teeth of the buckle.
