Break them in first
Very comfortable after breaking in for a few hours a day the first week. My feet are very narrow and the strap adjustment is perfect.

Best Shoes Ever!
I love these shoes! I’m normally a 9.5 and the size 9 fits perfectly, they are super comfy and the arch support is great. I wore these my entire vacation where I was walking up to 5 miles a day, and my feet never hurt once. Just make sure you break them because you can get blisters just like with any new shoe.

Sizing changes
Runs small! I bought a new pair of Chaco sandals in 2022 and my normal size 8 was perfect. Ordered size 8 in June 2025, they fit like a size 7. I would recommend sizing up. Perfect and exactly as expected otherwise!!

Returned
I wanted to love these so much. I know everyone is crazy about chacos and I wanted to be too! For whatever reason I can get everything to fit just right besides the strap around the heel. I adjusted everything, I watched videos on how to adjust, I looked at the diagrams, I did whatever I could to try to make them work but just could not get them to adjust right for my foot shape and they’re too expensive of a sandal for me to have a pair that fit mostly right. I think it’s my foot more than the product. So unfortunately these were not the sandal for me.
