Pick a different pair!!!
The straps are different. They are not soft fabric. They rub the skin off my toes! I've tried wearing them several times with the same result.. I was really looking forward to having NEW Chacos... You definitely Don't make them like you used too!!! Not to mention no Vibram sole. I would return this pair if I could.

Regretted purchase
Just completely disappointed and I’ve wanted a pair of theses for soo long :(. I can’t get them adjusted right and they are sooo hard they hurt my feet. I can’t drive with them on. I was warned they aren’t for everyone. I should have listened.

I have another pair of chacos without the toe strap that I loved. I really loved the look of these and they took a bit to get the hang of with the adjustable straps. I, like others, was having difficulty in the toe strap tightening. I read a response from Chaco with the recommendation to wash them and that did the trick! Much more comfortable! I can do anything in these sandals!

I have had these for years, but never wore them. Needed something to wear to amusement park in Florida. They are the worst sandal I have ever walked in!! I have the biggest blister on the outside under my ankle where the strap rubbed.

Purchase shoes WITHOUT a toe strap!
I bought these a month ago and honestly, they are the worst shoes I’ve ever purchased. I can see why they’re on sale. The toe strap tightens as you walk and digs into your toe. When I tried to tighten it to not use the toe strap, everything became loose and looked ugly. It’s a shame because I thought these shoes were cute and comfy. Additionally, the first pair I received were defective so I had to send them back for this second pair. The first pair were lopsided so they felt weird when I walked. I would honestly purchase without the toe strap.

Shoes are good but they are adjustable so when you adjust them to what you want and you start walking they tighten to much

My summer favorite
This is my fifth pair of this style; it's obvious they work for me! The adjustability and the arch support make these so comfortable, and the colors are really cute. I get comments on them all the time.

My only shoes I wear in Florida!
I have been wearing Chacos for several years now and couldn’t live without them! I needed a comfortable shoe that fits well and hold up to my everyday tasks! I also have purchased leather sandals for dress wear and clogs for winter wear. What would I do without y’all as I am a tall woman too who finds it difficult to Fit my larger than life feet 👣 (sz.12) so thank you!
