Great sturdy 4 wheels, appreciate
Great sturdy 4 wheels, appreciate the adjustable lengths for handle and numerous other grab straps. Easily held 2 weeks clothing. The only suggestion to include would be an outer sleeve/cording net to hold a jacket/slicker. Great product… my other bag is 15 years old and still used regularly. Great company !

This case can’t be as big as the specs say - the interior just feels very small and tight. Not much would fit in.

Reduce the total weight of the bag
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's way too heavy and will eat up most of your weight allowance for carry-ons with most non-US Airlines! Simplify straps and reduce the overall weight - then it will be the PERFECT bag! Ideally, it should be half the weight!!!

Hard to use

Not that great, just ok.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Size conforms to carry on. The main compartment zippers bind a bit around corners. Too many exterior tie points that won't be used. Hard to get handle out of the zippered cover. The wheels should be recessed a bit more. It is well constructed, time will tell. Also rather expensive.

Prefer my old Eagle Creek piggy backpack roll on!!!

It weighs too much, fabric is hard, the zipper lid design makes it difficult to pack, and handle does not stay in partial extension :( Eagle Creek is a wonderful company with quality products. It depends on what you need. The new EC luggage is inferior to its old!

Expected more for the price

Lash buckle plastic seems cheaply made, not sure that’s a life time quality made part but at least I can send back the moment it breaks. Hoping Eagle creek isn’t looking for all the ways to cheapen their products, like so many other brands

Not a great quality product
