Here's what customers have to say

The reviews present a mixed opinion on this wheeled duffel bag. Customers appreciated its large capacity, durability, and versatile carrying options. However, many reported significant issues with the rolling functionality, noting the handle design made the bag difficult to maneuver, causing it to tip or drag, especially for taller users. Some also experienced wheel instability and exterior wear after limited use. Overall, the bag may work well for some users, but the design flaws with the rolling mechanism appear to be a major drawback for many.

110L rolling duffle

Love this product but ended up returning it. It's a LOT of bag for a 5' woman to handle. Would prefer something more like 70L.

Great bag. Bag took a

Great bag. Bag took a beating with air travel, but no holes. Cleans up nice. Wheels are sturdy, but at 5’7’” I could have used just a little longer handle for when pulling with wheels, will consider an extender for the handle. Well-made zippers too!

LOVE MY DUFFLES

PERFECT travel experience with these. I purchased TWO. I wanted the Orange but they were sold out. These two Black did not disappoint. My mother can’t wait to use them for her upcoming international trip!

Unstable rolling bag

If you’re a tall person this bag is not for you - it won’t roll because it’s too erect. It doesn’t stay on its wheels either. I would have returned it had we not been traveling so soon. ………………

It's a good bday for what I do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far it's a good size and seems well made. With it not having a frame, the bag does like to tip on its side when going over uneven surface. However, the lack of having a frame does make the bag lighter. I had 48 out of 50 pounds allowed for the aircraft. I like that the shoulder straps get put away.

BEWARE: MAJOR design flaw!

This swallow a lot of gear, the load compresses well with the straps, and it has a sturdy zipper. The problem? It is a WHEELED duffle but the handle makes wheeling it impossible. The handle is so small that the thing bumps against the backs of your feet and legs unless you hold your arm way out to your side, which is a shoulder injury waiting to happen, not to mention completely awkward. I would return this if I could, but I did not discover this problem until I began walking into the airport for an overseas trip. It is the first time I have ever been unhappy with an Eagle Creek product - and I am EXTREMELY unhappy.

I bought this duffle for a trip where someone carried my bag, bag worked great when I didn’t have to roll it. No regrets on booking that trip but regrets on purchasing the duffle. My second trip using this bag the bag looks terrible. The exterior of the bag hasn’t held up. It looks worse than my 10 year old Costco bag. Then take note If you actually want to roll the bag and you’re over 5’ tall you have to bend over because the bag will drag on the bottom otherwise. I originally thought something was wrong with me when I was rolling it and I had multiple people offer to help me because I was so awkwardly bent over. I finally said yes to help and they had to bend over awkwardly too to help roll it. This person commented on how terrible the design was…. Icing on the cake was when a second person made the same comment. I wish I could return it because it’s garbage.

Snug as a bug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Read reviews of wheels not stable and short strap will walking. Just returned from week vaca to mountains. Packed clothes, toiletries, three pair of shoes, pair of sandals all in this bag. A first for me of getting everything on one bag. Weighed 32 lbs. pulled behind me just fine and I’m 6’.

Well designed duffle that looks great

I bought this before my trip to Mexico because I wanted a rolling 100L+ duffle bag. Upon getting to the airport, my friend complimented my new all-black duffle and said he wanted to get one too. This bag is easy to transport and highly functional. My only regret is not buying it sooner.
