[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit worked as designed. The phone Bluetooth causes issues with proper setup. I had to remove and reinstall app due to setup issues with Bluetooth.

A NOT lost bag due to our Knog
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our family used Knogs for the first time for four checked bags on a recent trip to Nepal, and now I'll never check a bag without a bag tracker. We had to reroute flights due to storms on the East Coast and my husband's bag didn't get rerouted with us (the other three did) - but the entire time we could see it in Newark, then in Dubai, then in New Delhi - where we never even went! Knowing that the bag was sitting in an airport and that it hadn't been stolen, my husband was able to communicate with the airlines much more effectively and insist on them getting it back to us...eventually.

Every bag needs one when you travel
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is fantastic, all the things you require now in one little product. You can store all your details in the QR code; someone scans it, and then they can contact me if they have found my bag. Then the Alarm, yes, can be controlled by the app, silent or loud for the wannabe thief. The secure stainless steel cable to hold it safely to my bag also. Then best of all the Apple Findmy system is built into it, so l I can locate it quickly and also no need for air tags and disposable batterie any more. Knog, you have nailed it. Get one before they're all gone!
