Forgot combination

Instructions Not Quite Right

Good Lock + Good Instructions

Combination lock instructions should be included in packaging
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally did find the answer in the reviews here, only I found you rotate the shackle a quarter turn (90 degrees, not 180 as listed below). To repeat directions: set to 0,0,0, unlock and swing shackle 90 degrees and press down hard (the shackle will give a little when in the correct position). While pressing down, set your desired combination. This resets the lock.

Malfunctioning

Lock Directions
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Set to 0-0-0. Pull out shackle. Rotate 180 degrees and press down hard. While holding the shackle down firmly, change numbers to the combo you want. Release shackle and lock is now set to your personal combination.

No instructions
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lock came preset to 000 code. There were no instructions included in setting the code to one's preference. There appears to be a small button near the bottom, however it did not depress no matter what was tried (3 different people spent time on it). A travel lock set to the factory code is worthless.
