Good quality
My beef is that the sizing is large especially for a ladies size. I tried them but have had to order a size down for a cycling trip. My husband’s were good. The product is very good but sizing is not, this will cost me as I did use the shoe so can’t return it

It is made with very hard sole rubber, plastic
It's not comfortable! It could have been made with soft rubber on the sole. Very rigid material!
