Good helmet with one issue
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
The Fox Speedframe Pro MIPS helmet is a very good helmet. I purchased the large. I also have a Fox Speedframe helmet in large wig in fits perfectly. The Speedframe Pro fits a bit smaller than its predecessor. The MIPS string runs under and through the pads to the tightening dial. When tightened the string pulls on the pads which then become detached from the helmet as they are attached by small, weak Velcro tabs. I have added more robust Velcro tabs with mixed results. This could not be rectified by adjusting the tightening dial placement in the back of the helmet.

Best Helmet Yet – So Good I Bought Three
- Familiarity:

Best helmet I’ve owned, hands down. The BOA system is super comfortable and easy to adjust—huge plus since I usually ride with a headband. Unlike most helmets that shove my glasses down and pinch my nose, this one keeps everything in place with no fuss. There’s a bit of flex between the shell and the BOA, which I actually like—it’s designed to absorb impact, and it feels solid. Lightweight, great ventilation, and just an all-around awesome fit. After a few rides, I was sold and picked up two more for my kids. 100% recommend.
