What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:

“The HRM 600 is my go-to for serious training. I love how it tracks everything—heart rate, HRV, even running dynamics—right to my compatible Garmin watch or bike computer. Plus, it’s comfortable, easy to clean, and ready for any workout.”

Train smarter and push your performance further with the Garmin HRM 600 Heart Rate Monitor. Designed for dedicated athletes, this premium monitor delivers real-time heart rate and HRV data to your compatible Garmin device, providing the insights you need to refine every run, ride, or workout.

Whether you’re hitting the track, swimming laps, or tackling a team sport, the HRM 600 records your heart rate data and syncs it to the Garmin Connect app. It even measures running dynamics like vertical oscillation and step speed loss when paired with a compatible smartwatch, helping you fine-tune your form and efficiency.

Comfortable, machine-washable, and tough enough for any conditions with a 5 ATM water rating, the HRM 600 keeps up with you no matter where the adventure leads.

Works well.

Works well. Attaches and comes off easily. I had read people saying their unit was almost impossible to remove from the strap. Perhaps that issue has been fixed. Unit seems to stay charged for a long time. My only complaint would be the price. If it were cheaper I would give it 5 stars.

Great product

I've been use this for a few weeks now. It fits great, and I don't even notice it is on. The data that comes from it is useful.

Great heart monitor!

I purchased a new Garmin 970 watch and the HRM 600. I love these two products and they work great!. I see my heart rate when I'm working out. They work very well together and the heart monitor is very comfortable to wear.

Great Info Tool

Purchased to learn more about my health journey and it did not fail. I’m an info junkie and this thing provides everything you need to know. If it doesn’t have what you need, you didn’t need it. Well worth the purchase amount.

HRM is good, but not support

I had an issue with the documentation. I bought it through my company’s bank account, but Garmin support said that I forgot to mention it was a company purchase, so they issued the invoice to me as an individual. I asked to change the invoice details, but the support team said the only way to correct it was to return the product and buy it again with a different name on the invoice. That’s nonsense...

It broke after 2 minutes!

I got the hrm 600 today, unboxed it connected the sensor to the strap, and when I tried to remove it from the strap to charge, one of the connectors broke right of! Very inferior quality for a almost 2000 SEK heartrate monitor, garmin! Not satisfied!

Flawed Design

I agree with a lot of the reviews I now read. The point of a rechargeable HRM in my mind was to make it easier to charge and/or prevent throwing away the coin cells. I cannot get past being unable to detach the monitor from strap. I'm wondering if I am going to break it when I need to give it the first charge, as it certainly seems that way when I tried to remove it.
