Lupra 2.0 GORE-TEX Hooded Jacket offers lightweight packability and full-weather cycling protection

What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:

"This jacket is a serious upgrade for anyone facing unpredictable weather on or off the bike. The GORE-TEX ePE laminate keeps me dry without sacrificing breathability, and the over-helmet hood is perfectly adjustable for any ride. Its packability makes it easy to stash in a bag when the storm passes."

When weather becomes unpredictable, the Lupra 2.0 GORE-TEX Hooded Jacket steps up as the ultimate shield for cyclists. Made with GORE-TEX ePE laminate, this jacket provides windproof and waterproof protection while maintaining breathability for comfortable wear during long rides.

The over-helmet hood is finely tuned for a snug fit with or without a helmet, while the reinforced rim and silicone application keep it securely in place even in gusty conditions. Adjustable hook-and-loop tabs on the sleeves, a drawcord hem, and a two-way zipper ensure a perfect fit and easy layering, whether we're on city streets or remote trails.

Thoughtful features like reflective details enhance safety in low-light conditions, while zippered front pockets store essentials within reach. Designed for year-round use and built with recycled materials, the Lupra combines sustainability with performance in a lightweight, packable design we can count on.

Fantastic Jacket

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

Wore this for the 2025 edition of The Rift, a 200km gravel race in Iceland. We got rained on for the first 3 hours and most of the last 6 hours, temps 52-58F/12-15C. I stayed dry and comfortable throughout - never got swampy or felt overheated thanks to the very very smooth zipper. When I bought it, I was a little worried about the hood - didn't use it (had an Assos rain cap on) and it got a little floppy so I rolled it and tucked it behind my neck, solved the flop issue. Fit is about perfect - sleeves are very nice and long with elastic AND a velcro cuff so you can put your gloves under or over the cuffs. Pricey? Yes. Will it save your bacon? Also yes. I look forward to having this in my kit and no longer fearing a sudden storm while on long rides and/or bikepacking excursions.
