Ease of cleaning, the 3-D characteristics of the design and the hanger, that it remains open with airflow/cleaning drying process. Also the design of the quick connect two piece hose as being located approximately even with the water fill cap. This makes it easier to change out hoses. The on and off mechanism push your pole to disable water flow in mouthpiece. Well thought out to sign. It just works no gimmick.

I've used it several times

I have mixed feelings on this hydration bladder. It works like advertised. I like how it hooks into the Gregory packs and stays in place. I really like how it holds itself open for drying. The magnetic clip is nice addition too. The mouth piece works well and in general it does a fine job. What I didn’t like, is that its 3D design makes it hard to fill in a shallow sink like most hotels have. I could only get about 2 liters in the bladder out of those sinks. Also the mouth piece doesn’t fit through the opening on my Gregory hydration pack, so I have to separate the hose at the coupling and feed it through. The problem is that if you have the tube full of water, when you uncouple the tubing, it leaks/drips a little. The amount that it drips is tolerable. All in all, it does the job well!

Great product

I love the Gregory Reservoir placed inside and on top of everything horizontally and in the side pockets. Returning due to ordering the wrong size.

Well worth it.

This thing is awesome. I bought some cheaper ones on a rainforest site but was just never happy with them. Cleaning and drying was difficult on those. The structured part of this makes cleaning and drying a breeze. Also, the connection makes it super simple to get the reservoir in your bag and than connect. Highly recommend, don't waste your money on anything else, you'll just end up getting this one in the end.

Amazing 3L Bladder

After finally upgrading packs (to Nano 16 from a smaller Osprey pack) and upgrading water bladders to a 3L (from a 2.5 Osprey) I am so happy I tried Gregory. I love how you can easily snap off the bladder hose when filling up or drying out the bladder. I love how the bladder also has a hook attached, so you can easily hang it up to dry. It opens and closes very easily. This 3L bladder was perfect for our daily excursions in Costa Rica, and I will be taking this for day hikes in Crusted Butte in a couple weeks and can’t wait!
