Zippers that despise you.
It is a backpack for stuff. Beyond that it fails in every way. Frustrating zippers further impeded by the bags own design. If you want to start your day being resisted by your own bag this is the bag for you.

Very Nice
It’s a nice and spacious backpack. Although the straps are a bit rough on my arms while walking, but other than that quite comfortable, and easy to carry.

Disappointed / waste of money
I really don’t understand whats so special about this backpack. I got this as a replacement for my old work book bag, and for the price I’m pretty disappointed. I got the 26L and it is massive. The material is extremely stiff and the zippers are awful; they’re hard to zip and unzip and get stuck every now and then. I really wish I would’ve gone with Another brand. This one definitely Is not it.

Lacks important functionality
Very nice, practical midsize backpack. Lacks an internal organization compartment in the front pocket for a phone, keys, wallet, etc. It also lacks side pockets for an umbrella or water bottle.
