Really nice, but not very durable and expensive

I have only had it for a few weeks, but I already have scratches in the paint and a dent on the side. I wish that these bottles were more durable for the amount of money you spend on them.

Is it just me or does thing leaks.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had purchased one and mine kept leaking or pool water at the cap straw area. I requested for a replacement thinking that mine was some how defective. But even the new replacement one is also happening. I do know about this issue thing. I have had other straw cap from other brands it does leak or pool water in this area like this one. Although I do have to say the suction from this straw when I am sucking up fluids is way better than others that I have used. Is it just me or is this thing just not a good design.
