Upslope 2.0 Trekking Poles

Maybe anatomy isn't easy to understand, but the Kelty Upslope 2.0 Trekking Poles are. Tough aluminum shafts, combined with extended EVA grips and padded wrist straps, give you plenty of support while you're descending and balance while you're crossing tricky slopes. The bomber length adjustment gives hikers, backpackers, and trekkers of all sizes some extra help on rough trails. With carbide and rubber tips, the Upslopes are at home on dirt, rock, and everything in between, with low-profile trekking baskets that won't sink into mud or get hung up on trees and rocks.

Great Trekking Poles

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

I don't typically use hiking poles, in fact, I bought these for my wife hoping she'd come on more hikes with me if her knees weren't bothering her as much. It worked! These poles help taking some pressure off her knees and she's able to walk much further. Not only that, but when she hands them off to me to hold, I can sneakily adjust them so they fit me. Then she has trouble getting them back. We've put them through the wringer, literally 350+ miles just last year alone. They went on every trip with us (trust me I know, we had to turn around for them after leaving them behind several times). We'll be hiking with these for a long time to come.
