I like this bottle! Makes me feel safe drinking water from almost any source, so it’s especially great for traveling. Just be careful with it on airplanes. The change in air pressure can cause it to bubble and spill water on you. I learned the hard way

im not sure i set it up correctly the directions are hard to follow and its annoying cuz it gets to a certain level amd doesnt come up mouth piece … is there a different bottle or can i get a refund

Love it!!
Works really well! I thought it would be hard to suck through the filter straw, but it wasn't. It was a lifesaver in Europe and Mexico.

Leaks
Love everything about it, but mine leaks around the cap no matter how tight it's tightened. Also, a bit difficult to get the threads lined up perfectly before tightening.

Good Unit
Overall I am happy with this unit. Only thing that I wish was different was that if it was easier to extract more water through the mouthpiece. Maybe it is not feasible to do this and still get safe filtration levels??
