Here's what customers have to say
This portable water filter is praised for its convenience and ability to provide clean drinking water in various situations, such as travel, camping, and emergencies. However, some users found the suction required to drink through the straw to be too difficult, and the size of the product larger than expected. Overall, it appears to be a useful product for accessing clean water, particularly in outdoor or travel settings, though the strong suction may be a drawback for some.

LifeStraw Website is a great experience!
I really have not had a chance as yet to use your products on questionable water, like a stream on water tank, but will be taking product with me to Alberta when we go on our moose hunt. There are several ground water areas around our property that will be a good test. IN the interim, I am using the fridge unit to filter tap water we get through Toledo's water system. ( Lake Erie Source,so there are some cyanobacteria issues as well as a bit of a chemical taste. The LifeStraw unit also removes more microplastics that other units we have tried! I may go with the large cooler style system so we can have more water readily available for when family members visit or for holiday dinners as well!

Unfortunately, this straw is too
Unfortunately, this straw is too large to fit in the hole of the lids of my current cups. Even after using it, it’s still hard to draw water through it. I was very excited to receive these, but I’m still figuring out how to work them into my daily water routine.

Lifestraw
If yall could figure out how to do this same design but make it so that could fit in your pocket without hindering you, it would be great.

Perfect for travel👍
I won’t drink out of plastic bottles anymore. I have a stainless steel and a glass water bottle that I take with me on a plane, in the car (when we stop at those nasty gas stations), in restaurants and in hotels. I feel confident that I can fill up my bottles even with tap water and put my trusty Sip Straw in! I can fill up as often as I wish, because I drink at least 64 oz of water every day. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because it takes more “sucking power” than a straw…but it’s definitely worth the extra effort to have clean water! I bought the 3 pack so my husband has one too!

Too many steps
It would be a good idea to have most of the set up steps handled BEFORE the customer receives it.

Needs a better case
Very happy with the straw . I purchased 1 for me and two as gifts . However, I wish the holdings case would have openings and covers on both ends . The closed end can get moldy if you put the straw away without it being throughly dry.

Difficult yo use for dailey use
Big fan of all your products. Have many of them. I especially excited about this one one to be disappointed. Got one for everyone in the family and nobody will use. It is way to hard or yo much to get the water through the straw. I understand yo get filtration at the the Lifestraw level probably needs to be that way but is not user friendly for everyday use as anticipated. Understanding there is a price to get clean water but the effort to suck water for use at meals is to much. I hope there will be 2. 0 version that will meet your thresholds and will be easier to drink through. This will have to go on our go bags etc with the other Lifestraw products unfortunately. Great idea.
