M3 Cycling Shoe delivers pro-level stiffness with featherweight ventilation and dual-dial fit
What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:
"I’ve been riding the M3s for crits and long training rides—they're light, insanely stiff, and the dual dials really lock in the fit. The upper vents just enough to keep things cool, and I love that the heel tread is replaceable for long-term use. It’s basically Mono II-level performance, but lighter."
Power delivery, precision fit, and featherweight performance—the MAAP x QUOC M3 Cycling Shoe is designed for riders who demand elite performance without excess. At its core is a full UD carbon fiber sole, hand-laid for optimal stiffness, translating every watt directly to the pedals. Whether we’re hammering through a breakaway or setting tempo on a climb, the M3 delivers pure, efficient energy transfer.
The upper is built from a light, scratch-resistant TPU that resists wear and molds to the foot with dual QUOC dials for secure micro-adjustments. Mesh panels provide targeted ventilation, and the vented toe and tread detailing complete the race-day package. A fixed toe tread and replaceable heel block give durability where we need it most. Every gram and feature has been optimized—from the carbon layup to the 232g weight (size 42)—making the M3 a podium-worthy option for those chasing speed.

Poorly made shoe
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
For the price this shoe is poorly constructed. Not sure if its the insole or just the way the shoe is when you are bearing weight on it, it produces this long crease across the inside of the shoe. I can imagine this area taking a lot of stress and eventually rip/crack. These shoes also run super narrow.
