Why We Like The Halo Tent
With a unique pole design and large doors, Marmot's Halo Tent has plenty of usable living space for the whole family. This spacious tent includes several wall pockets to keep gear organized throughout the camping trip, and the double vestibules provide shelter for muddy hiking boots or duffel bags full of gear. Although it's designed for weekend camping or family camping, the Halo has the ingredients of a more rugged mountain shelter—DAC press-fit poles, floor-level vents, and a fully sealed rain fly—to withstand rainy weather during our next family camping trip.

Here's what customers have to say
The tent is generally well-received, with customers praising its spaciousness, ease of setup, and durability. The innovative pole design creates more internal space. However, some users have experienced issues with poor ventilation and condensation, as well as leaks in heavy rain. A few customers were also disappointed with the quality of the included accessories. Overall, the tent appears suitable for car camping, but may not perform well in very humid or rainy conditions.

Quick set up
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used other tents and labored over set up. This was so quick and easy…maybe 10 minutes and we were ready to move in! 😁

Quick Setup
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Halo 4-Person Tent is a solid, reliable, and spacious option for base camp or car camping. My wife and I use it every time we camp on the Lochsa River on fishing trips.

Great 4 Person Tent
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
We’ve only used this tent once but it served its purpose well. We needed a tent to fit our family of three plus our 80 pound pup and this fit the bill. Zippers are smooth, set up was easy, floor space is ample. Overall seems like high quality tent. Worth the price.

High Desert Dream-Tent!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Inspired by a new relationship (and camping buddy!) I decided to level-up from my cozy Limelight to the much roomier Halo 4. By my standards, this is luxury camping for 2. Even with the higher ceiling, it does great in the wind - and the rainfly keeps us dry and warm when the weather isn’t cooperating. But the best part is going fly-free on balmy desert nights, taking full advantage of the wide-open mesh top. star-gazing from bed is truly living the dream! I only wish that the footprint (very necessary) and better stakes (these are duds) had been included. But I look forward to many years of Halo Happiness!

A great tent !

We just recently needed to buy a new tent and considering how much we loved our old one, finding one to match or beat it was going to be hard. Then we found this AMAZING tent. It is everything we were looking for. My husband and I use it for all our camping trips. We like the 4 person so we have plenty of room to bring in our backpacks. The fly is great. Love all the pockets and a place to hang a light from at the top. Very easy to set up and take down. The front corner stake downs have red tabs so you know you are putting it up in the right direction. We also bought the footprint and were happy we did.

Great sturdy tent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tent is great. I used it through 3 super windy days with a constant heavy downpour, and no leaks or rattling. I could barely believe the way this tent held up under such significant wind and rain. My tent neighbours was not so lucky and his tent just collapsed... (I offered him shelter)

Roomy but no air circulation
- Size Bought:
- 4 person
Nice quality tent except for the floor which I thought was too thin. Very spacious. Cumbersome set up though. Had to return because the air circulation is non existent and condensation is horrendous. I wouldn’t recommend this tent if you’re camping in a very humid place, it’s miserable.
