Highly recommend Merrill's have worn them for years! The traction and wear ability are what I buy them for. I'm very pleased with the comfort and waterproofing! And the Moab II high top has excellent ankle support! Just a great product at a fair price! I hike the Black Hills National Forest and they are the perfect shoe for me!

Preemptive strike against cold feet next winter
I had a pair last winter and enjoyed them so much, when I saw an online sale, I bought a pair for next winter. I train dogs to move livestock and take care of livestock all year long. Warm feet in the winter months are important to me. It doesn't get ridiculously cold in eastern Washington but we can see single digits on occasion... some winters lots of snow. They don't seem quite as slippery on ice as well. These boots get the job done.

Terrible sizing
Got 8.5. To big sent them back, got 8 and they where 1/2 inch smaller and didnt fit to small. Seem there sizes are not consistent . Never had that problem with any other ,high end hiking boots. I wore them trying to maybe mold into to them , but was a mistake now there junk to me.

Great Boot!!!
Bought for my husband who is having great difficulty with his feet (bunions.) The toe area is great! Everyday he states how nice it is to hike without pain. At age 72 years of age, he can now get back to hiking 2-3 miles twice a day without discomfort !

Great boot!
Wore these in Alaska and they held up great. Super comfortable and extremely waterproof. I’ll be wearing these in Florida whenever I get the chance!
