Why We Like The Merrell Trail Glove 7 Running Shoe
Made sustainably with almost entirely recycled materials, the Trail Glove 7 Running Shoe features a low-profile and zero-drop design for minimalist runners who crave a barefoot feel. Merrell's Barefoot 2 construction optimizes a natural foot position and toe splay, while an external rear sling and wrap-around Vibram sole locks in our heel and forefoot for a secure fit.

Here's what customers have to say
The minimalist shoe provides a comfortable, barefoot-like feel for various activities. Many users praise the lightweight, flexible, and glove-like fit, as well as the sole's good traction on trails. However, some have noted issues with the sole's durability, as the tread can wear down quickly, especially on pavement. Overall, the shoe may be a good option for those seeking a minimalist, zero-drop shoe for trail running, hiking, and everyday wear, though the sole's longevity may be a concern.

Weird rubber design
Why the heck do i need rubber, almost up to the laces on the outside of the shoe? I understand inside near the arch because a lot of us flatten that down so much…but what am i gripping near my outter ankle?

Great shoes (my favorites even) but...
I really REALLY love how these shoes fit and look. Excellent design and construction. I do however notice that the soles are wearing MUCH faster than my previous Merrells (Trail Glove 5). After just a couple of months they are already more worn than my 5s were after years. This doesn't seem to indicate a design flaw so I can only surmise the materials are somehow changed from before.

Really great
Suspiciously comfortable!! Flat footed guy, size 12, had big expectations and have been pretty hyped on them since I got them 2 months ago!!!

Incredible shoes!
Incredible shoes! So much fun wearing these! My toes are alive again. So are my arches and everything else in my foot that has been dormant for decades. These are comfortable and durable and extremely breathable. I love them and will be ordering another pair soon. Fit is a half size large as stated on website so order down. Nice job Merrell!

Fine shoe
Over the years bought many of these Trail Gloves. I love the look, performance and feel. The tops are sturdy but the treads wear out quick.

Comfortable Shoe
Very comforable shoe - I've already owned six or seven pairs. However, does wear out pretty quickly on the hard sidewalks of New York City.

Comfy? check. Functional? check... Stylish? check!
Comfy right out of the box, stylish, light, and can handle terrain pretty well! I've made these my all-around athletic shoes; these can handle grass, gravel, dirt, sidewalk, and more. My feel feel protected, yet there's enough sensory feedback because of the thinner sole and zero-drop interior. These have quickly become a favorite pair of shoes for me.

Sloppy clown shoe
This shoe is floppy and sloppy and smelled absolutely awful. Could not, would not wear them from the box. Returned.

Great shoe
This is my third pair. I got about 1,200 miles on each of the first two. I run on a loose gravel trail and use them for every day wear

Young persons shoes
It is a good shoe, but for someone with any foot issues, the shoe and insole is too thin.
