Great, long-lasting hoodie
I love this hoodie! It's comfortable, and stays cool when it's hot and warm when it's cold. I wear it as either a base layer or main layer depending on the weather. The hood is a good size and fits over a helmet. I have several of these hoodies, and some have lasted years, despite a lot of outdoor use.

Fit Has Changed
I bought this sun hoodie in the past & loved it but am struggling to find the right size due to fit updates that Mountain Hardware made. The sun hoodie now is weirdly tight in the arms - especially the upper arms. While I want a sun hoodie that fits, they're supposed to have breathing room so that you can sweat more efficiently. So the size medium is now too small for me but the waist of the size large is way too large. For reference, I'm 5'10" 155 lbs, athletic but slim. Additionally, the drawstring is weird and must have been designed by a man because you have to hold it everytime that you pee. Pretty disappointed and may look at other brands.

I searched the internet for this hoody in a popular, medium size and found it for a good price on backcountry. Love the look, fit, and functionality of this top especially for travel in Asia. It offers good sun protection and will be a breeze to hand wash and dry. And oh so lightweight and stretchy.

Perfect Go To Shirt
This is my second purchase because I love my first one so much. It’s my go to for every hike or paddleboard day. The hood fits perfectly over a hat, the thumb holes are comfortable and give good coverage over my hand. Love the sun protection and the quick dry! I’m 5”2, 110lbs and XS is perfect. I’ve had my first one for two years and it still looks great snd protects me from the sun.
