The Summit Grid Hoodie uses MHW's polyester Grid Fleece fabric for the optimal balance of warmth retention, breathability, and lightweight construction. A half-zip construction makes putting on and removing the hoody easy, while the scuba hood and adjustable drawcord ensure we are covered and our warmth stays in. The Summit Grid Hoodie is topped off with an extended rear hem and Raglan sleeves for a technical fit and function.

Amazing hoodie for those of us who don't live near Leadville and can't buy a certain other grid fleece hoodie. Perfect weight and the hood works great on its own or over a helmet. The deep zipper is great for dumping heat on a run or climb. Only improvement would be if it had thumb holes.

Best Fleece
Great fit, not too tight not too baggy. Very comfortable and warm. Liked it so much bought a second color. Medium fits great at 5'10" 165lbs

Thin, light, and superior warmth and wind resistance.
Super warm for being thin and light. The grid technology retains body heat while not restricting movement. The hood is adjustable and very warm and wind resistant. I am 6'1" 180lbs. The large is a bit loose, but still very warm. Had no issues in Wisconsin fall cold winds in the jeep with the doors and windows off. I should have been chilled to the bone, instead I was very warm. Proven to be a go to choice for fall weather.

Perfect for backpacking or everyday
This hoodie is soft, warm and overall amazing. It also doesn’t hold onto odors. I sat around a camp fire wearing it and the next day it had no smoke smell at all.

HOT!
Love the Summit Grid Hoody. I've had similar grid style hoodies in the past, and not sure why or how, but this one holds the heat far better. Will be ordering 1 or 2 more just to have.

Ideal fleece style without bulk. Hike in AT Gear alpaca hoodie on the AT TN/NC /VA. Love this as a rotation piece.
