We took this thing on our road trip with two dogs. It was a "dog beaches and brews" tour. We enjoyed having this after stopping at a dog beach. We could rinse off the dogs with fresh water before putting them back in the backseat. It was very easy to use. A few improvements that I can think of are (1) a longer hose between the tank and foot pump (When the tank sits on the tailgate of a truck, you have to push it with a hand. With a longer hose, the pump can sit on the ground.), (2) the funnel can be a bit bigger (It became a bit difficult to fill the tank sometimes. We'll pack a short hose that can be connected to a spigot in the future.), and (3) another D loop may be helpful to fasten the tank to something so it doesn't roll around, in the truck bed, for example (a few bungee cords would do the trick.)

This is the second solar shower that I have purchased (my wife and now have our own). One Nemo will work for 2 people but for a longer shower, we each get our own. Nemo makes a great product. No complaints.

Helio shower nemo

We've been using this helio shower nemo for 2 years now when we go away at the weekend with our van. We were delighted with the shower until we couldn't use it any more because of the foot pump. It's very difficult to pump and you can hear bubbles in the balloon and there's no presso for showering. Thank you for your reply as we would like to use it during our holidays in August! Perfect. Ruptures in local big water pipes caused several days without running water for about half a million people in western Puerto Rico. Helio pressure shower served my household very well. Also, it was delivered to us in a very short time.

Great boat shower

After two summers of cruising use on our boat, we remain very happy with the Nemo (the larger stand-up Helio) — and especially happy with the company which replaced a broken nozzle (breakage was our fault) no questions asked and no charge. While the fill cap can be a bit difficult to close, the closure is tight and stays closed under pressure — works well. The shower is much easier to use than the old hang-up solar showers — it heats and holds enough water for two showers (one longer one for my wife, shorter one for me). Highly recommend.

Doesn't Work as Advertised

Wouldn't work when the bag was on the ground. Only worked when the bag was level with the nozzle i.e. at head height. Returned the very next day.

Durable

I have used my shower nearly everyday for a year as I travel full time in a van and it has not let me down
