Not happy with fit
Runs Small - claims to be wide fit but they’re so tight. The bottoms are very bouncy and if they were wide enough and true to size they’d be comfortable

Not good for uneven terrain
These shoes are comfortable to wear but I've had a smiliar experience to other reviewers who have had issues with instability. On my first trail run with these shoes, I rolled my ankle a few times and had to be extremely cautious with footing. It seems as though the base might be too thick/tall to provide good stability on uneven terrain. They are probably a better shoe for even, gravel trails or fire roads.

Great trainer for Terrain Walking
I got these for a walking holiday where it was mainly wooded and pebble beach. I definitely prefer these to my walking boots. However they could definitely do with a bit more arch support inside the shoe. Overall very comfortable.

Unbalanced
Left shoe leans inward. Bought online. Waited in case I was imagining it so they have now been worn and not returnable. Unfortunate as my last 2 pairs were best ever!

Not for running
Bought these expecting them to be really comfy trail shoes but had nothing but problems. I've never had issues with rubbing/blisters/strain with previous running shoes, but I have not been impressed with these. They rub in multiple places, and feel like they create muscle strain, particularly in my calves and I get shin splints when running in them. Comfy to walk in, but will not be running in them again

Good Shoe - Toe Box is wide enough
I use this Fresh Foam X Hierro v9 for hiking uphill on trails. The shoe is good, it's comfortable. The toe box is wide enough for me, I did buy the wide version. I generally need a wide toe box. It's good for trails. The orange is cute and bright, although I might appreciate a more feminine color like a bright purple or pink. Overall the shoe is good and I'm very happy that the toe box was wide enough. The grip on the bottom of the shoe is good and keeps me stable while on trails.

Too thick to be stable on trails.
The sole is too thick which makes footing unstable. This is my fourth pair of New Balance Trail Runners, but I will be returning these after a 5-mile trail walk where I was unsteady due to the thickness of the sole. At times I felt I might twist an ankle, and at other times, stubbed my toe.
