Reinvigorates waterproofing
It is definitely effective at reinvigorating the waterproofing on hard shell jackets. It won't get them back to performing like they did when they were brand new, but it seems to extend the life somewhat.

Works fine easy to use lots of directions but not that hard get it why do I have to say so many things this is good stuff that’s enough this review goes too long and you want to much info for me but it doesn’t matter it’s still good stuff

Reliable Product
I love my Direct Wash-In. Such an important step in keeping my gear clean and well maintained. I always follow the instructions for my front load washing machine, using an extra rinse cycle and following it up with the Nikwax water repellent wash. I use this product at least once per year on all our technical jackets and pants.

Directions are easy and the product works as advertised. After using direct wash-in it feels like some of my fleece items got softer, almost like they were when they were new, years ago.
