Great shoe for the price!
I love these shoes! They are super comfortable and don't feel heavy after I hiked several miles. They are light weight, similar to a sneaker, but rugged for the kind of terrain where I'm hiking. Highly recommend.

Great shoes
I love these hiking shoes! They were comfortable on from day one. Went hiking in New York at the finger lakes and my feet were so comfortable, will highly recommend!

Not for me
Have been using the Sawtooth II for years which fit like a glove, do not need break in and are very supportive and comfotable. Thought i would try the Sawtooth X. Not nearly as comfortable, too much leather and bulky padding. Started to get heel blisters just wearing them around the house. Sent them back and will stick with the Sawtooth II.

These shoes run small.
Nice looking shoes, they seem to be well made, and I really like the checkered laces. I had read a review which said they run small, and I would say they are two sizes small.

Happy Feet
I have very difficult feet to please but these Oboz meet all my foot needs. There’s plenty of space in front for my wide toes and the solidity of the shoe provides good support for my weak ankles. Overall they wear well and I have just purchase my second pair.

Great waterproof shoe!
Hiked Likeke Falls Trail on Oahu. No wet socks from navigating the mud and running water. Tread great on slippery rocks and roots. Worth the price.

Sturdy Hiking Shoes That Fit Well
I really like these shoes but they are quite stiff so I have only worn them a couple of days. I do plan to start taking short walks to break them in as they are comfortable in support, width, and length. My foot used to be narrow but has spread more with age. These fit well enough to give me support in the instep while allowing my toes some breathing room. I also like that they can be tied tight as I have a smaller heel and without the side lacing holes, my foot would slip. Great price, too. I would recommend.
