Lightweight Atmos

There is lots to like about this backpack. It is lighter weight than a regular Atmos with a removable lid and rain cover if you want to shed more ounces, although true ULW hikers will look elsewhere. It feels lighter than it is with the anti-gravity suspension and ventilated mesh. I missed side pockets, you need a regular Atmos for those, but other than that it was versatile on a long distance hike ( the northern half of the JMT). It is also backed by the All Mighty Guarantee, which I can say from experience means Osprey really do stand behind their products.

I think this pack will

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this pack will work great. My first longer hike will happen this weekend but I’ve been wearing it to practice with the weight. The one thing I struggle with is reaching the side pockets when I’m wearing the pack to put water bottles in and out. Therefore I bought an additional water pack.

Atmos GH LT65

First use was a 10 day 105 mile hike carrying 15- 20kg. The Atmos AG LT 65 was super comfortable and easy to adjust.

Zion Narrows- great pack

Used the pack for couple days in the Zion Narrows. It was perfect. Very comfortable, enough room all the gear and keeps your back nice and cool. Pack is water resistant to splashes and brief exposure to water, but not water proof. I am 6"3 and 230 lbs, and the frame was big enough. The light weight is a bonus.

Very excited to use the

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very excited to use the Atmos AG LT 65 on the JMT this summer! Pack Fits well I am 5'9" with a 19 inch torso and the SM/M is a perfect fit for me. BearVault 500 fits horizontal inside the main pocket and there is more than enough room for a months worth of gear for the trail! Thank you OSPREY!!

I took it on a trip to Texas as a checked bag. It's a lot comfier than what I used to use in the Marine Corps! I'm also using it for my 40x40x24x40x40 in celebration of my fortieth year of life. 40 lbs for 40 miles in 24 hours every day for forty days repeated every forty days. (I just turned forty. 😉) I don’t recommend loading anything heavier than 40 lbs in it unless you want to feel the weight. I’ll update, accordingly. Shalom and Lechaim!

Love the bag but quality not great

After using the bag once the shoulder straps fabric started to fail, maybe a one off I'm not sure. I'm in the process of sending back to either be replaced or repaired

uncomfortable hip strap

Hip Strap cuts into my hips, and they are not very adjustable, and non-removable. not as good of a bag as other osprey packs Ive had in the past.
