Why We Like The Osprey Daylite Carry-On 44L Travel Pack
Traveling feels simpler when we don't have to fight baggage claims, so Osprey made the Daylite Carry-On 44L Travel Pack so we can keep our goods close when we fly. This oversized backpack is built like luggage—rugged and easy to pack—and large enough to stow in the overhead bins. Backpack straps deploy for easy transport from the terminal to the rental car, and they stow away for sleek storage and comfortable hand-carrying.

Really useful travel pack.
Got this for multi-day work & city trips, mainly when traveling by Train. It’s a boxy shape and suitcase style opening means it far more practical than a top loading rucksack for such trips and even fully loaded I found it comfortable walking up to a few miles when interchanging between stations, hotels and navigating public transport. Obviously if you are gonna be walking / hiking longer distances there are probably far more suitable packs with better suspension systems, but for what i needed, this is ideal.

Have not traveled yet with
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have not traveled yet with the pack but it looks great and has plenty of storage space and compartments for travel items. It should be perfect for replacing roller luggage or as a smaller carry on.

Well designed and well made,
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well designed and well made, packed a week’s worth of stuff with no issue. Straps and back vents make carrying the bag relatively comfortable.

Ideal travel bag
Was looking for an overhead locker bag that had rucksack strap - this is perfect, using packing cubes easily fitted in enough clothes for a 5 night stay with room to spare. Usual great Osprey design 👍

Took the plunge and purchased four (one each) for a weeklong, carryon, short haul. Our 7yo managed to carry his with easy, navigating airports and busses. The bag is just what you need, fully opening so you can drop it on a bed for packing etc. Internal straps keep things in place and external straps allow you to compress. Laptop, tablet and phone all easily accessible at security and there is a little mesh pocket on the front flap for all you dignitaries. Banging, cha!

I like the bag for
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the bag for sure and will surely be able to use it for my travel around the country. The 2 things I am not impressed with is the side handle and the connection across the chest as it is to easy to loosen. I would rather have a very nice side handle closer to the center of the bag than the second water bottle pouch. Being able to carry the bag from the side handle is important to me and this handles is on the edge making it not carry correctly and is a wimpy handle making feel incapable and uncomfortable. Aside from these two failings I like the bag overall and believe it would do the job.
