Why We Like The Exos 48L Backpack
Whether we're hitting the trail for an overnighter or attempting to set a new speed record on the Pacific Crest Trail, the Osprey Exos 48 Backpack is with us every step of the way. With a balanced volume, it keeps our packing habits under control, and it doesn't laugh at the strange things we say to ourselves as we hike. Meanwhile, the AirSpeed back panel and light-yet-durable alloy frame bestows us with breathability by dumping excess heat out of the sides, and cushioned, ventilated ExoForm covers the shoulder pads and waist-belt for extended comfort mile after fast-paced mile.

Gives me a little more
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gives me a little more room for big days or multiple days than my 38L stratos. The additional flexibility is great and what I was looking for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just used this bag for a month-long hike on the AT from Vermont through Maine. Super comfortable - able to dial in the fit easily. And the 48 liter size is great for long-distance hiking. Will continue to use happily

This is my fourth Osprey
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my fourth Osprey pack. Great product and I have multiple packs for different length adventures. The Exos 48 has plenty of storage and loops for gear. I can count on Osprey for long lasting packs.

Aesthetics- Comfort - & Functionality - the Osprey Exos 48 -
Another great backpack from Osprey the Exos 48 was perfect for my recent venture - hiking the West Highland Way 96 miles (155km) wild camping along the way plenty of room for all my kit - the L/XL actually gives you fractionally more capacity at 51 litres so ideal for me - with the S/M at the actual 48 litres. It proved to be super comfortable and adjustable I was carrying around 13. 5kg ( approximately 30 lbs) which is deemed to be at the top end of the carrying weight but certainly didn’t feel stretched an anyway - absolutely ideal in fact - it doesn’t have a rain cover but don’t let that be a deciding factor against not purchasing 👍

Great pack and even better service - thanks rose!
Great pack for hiking, bought for the New Zealand southern alps. I broke a few bits and had it sent in for free repairs, when it got lost in the post, Osprey sent a new one to replace it. I couldn't be happier with it, thanks Osprey team
