Greta bag and a decent size. The bottom needs a bit more padding to protect electronics and the small inside zipped pouch should be attached to one of the outter layers of the bag, not the middle section.

Good size and perfect for aircraft hand luggage
I was looking to replace an Osprey backpack that I bought many years ago and this was the one that I thought matched my needs best. Good for carrying my camera and ‘snacks’ in when out hiking but also suitable to take as hand luggage when flying. I can fit my MacBook and iPad in comfortably as well as my Canon SLR so it meets the brief!

One year and seven trips later
This darn bag is about all I need for weekend getaways and is the perfect carry on when I’m checking a bag, usually on bike trips overseas. It’s super comfortable even when fully loaded, and still fits under the seat on flights, enabling me to access, iPad Pro, electronics pouch, or whatever. And it is lightweight, really lightweight, super tough fabric, and very low key but sleek design

Not fit for purpose
Returned because there was no padding in the laptop sleeve making the backpack impractical. At this price point I expected better.

Overall very good. I'd suggest
Overall very good. I'd suggest either stiffening the top small pocket or moving it inside the main compartment. This is to cover long term water resistance re coated zip deterioration as it sags when full. Also, 1 extra zipped mesh pocket in the large front pocket.

Great travel and EDC all round backpack
My two tweaks would be 1, the soft pocket should have a hardshell for extra protection for delicate items and 2, the front pock could be split into two - the thin deep pocket means you often have to go fishing for the items inside. But overall, this is brilliant. I tried 3 other backpacks before landing on this one and it's the best one I've tried in this price range.

There should be more padding
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There should be more padding on the bottom of the pack. I heard my ipad bang on the floor when I set my pack down. Not good!!

Great
Just what I wanted to replace previous osprey back pack which is still going after 10 years’ use.
