Bought these for my husband. He doesn't use poles for hiking, so I opted for these non adjustable, but correctly sized-for-him XCS poles. They are perfect and were very reasonably-priced.

Great poles, reasonable cost

These are sturdy ski poles. Aluminum is remarkably strong but light. These are "pusher pole" which work best under 95% of conditions. The exception is deep powder. The open bales don't capture snow when spring skiing on above freezing snow.

Used once, and both poles bent. Useless.
