Not breathable, throbbing sensation on long runs
I bought these shoes about 2 months ago and no running shoe has ever made my feet have that burning sensation more than these have. As the temps have gotten warmer the shoes also feels noticeably less breathable and hot in general. I’ve ran in a lot of different shoes and loved the Saucony endorphin speeds, but these shoes gave me calf pain like I’ve never experienced before in the first few weeks. I tried giving these a chance to break in and while the calf discomfort has mostly gone away, after 150 miles the throbbing/burning on the bottom of my feet persists, especially at anything longer than 5 miles. I’ve even tried different lacing techniques. They still feel responsive but it’s hard to get past the other discomfort they cause and I can’t wait to get new shoes. The only reason I’ve kept running in them is because I don’t want to waste my money and have another shoe in rotation.

Poor quality and usually love saucony rides
Really bummed— I love saucony shoes especially the ride ones. The Ride 18 seems to have some quality control issues or a bad design altogether. I have had these for maybe 2 months and only have worn them for walking since I haven’t been running recently. There are multiple rips and holes simply from walks around the neighborhood. Upset that they cost so much for this quality and haven’t held up like past saucony ride shoes .

My favorite Ride so far.
Disclaimer: I walk; I don't run. This is my favorite Ride so far. It's more balanced and a bit wider. Love the tongue loop! Nice color offerings, though I don't know why we can't get a simple navy blue. My normal size 9 fits perfectly. On top of everything, it's also a VERY nice-looking shoe.

Great more neutral shoe for distance!!
Bought a few months ago—used to train in ghosts and those were a bit too neutral, but didn’t want something too bouncy either. These are the perfect in between (and are actually cute—rare in a more neutral shoe). I am a distance runner—half’s usually, but have done a full marathon too. These are so great! Very stable. Sized up a half size (usually do in runners) and they fit great. Would recommend.

Holes
I bought them a month ago and the mesh on the toes ripped. Now there is a huge hole. I wear running socks, had my foot scanned and fitted for them and I only run on a treadmill. This shouldn’t have happened to a pair of sneakers like this.

Different than the Ride 17s and not in a good way
I have loved the ride 17s. Loved! And this was going to be my 3rd pair of Rides/ was so excited for the updated colors in the Ride 18 but something about them just isn’t right. They feel cheaper and they don’t fit the same. I wish there was a trial period for these shoes like Brooks bc this rating is only based off trying them on at home. I would love to be able to say they get better after a couple runs but not going to risk it. Will be returning and going back to the 17s.

Love it
I have about 100 miles on these shoes so far and I’ve continued to like them more and more! Comfortable, good energy return, good for easy and long runs. Bread and butter shoe. Will be buying another pair once I wear these out.

Comfy but wider than needed
I was so excited to get these pretty shoes, but they were too wide for my feet. Super comfy besides that! The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the width and narrow was not an option.

Nothing like the Ride 17
I ordered an 8.5- Fuchsia | Tulip. The color was so awesome and I was so excited about the potential of this shoe, but the fit was awful. My favorite trainer is the Ride 17, but this is nothing like it (I ordered the same size as my previous Saucony shoes). The heel of the shoe immediately slipped off every step I took and the shoe would not stay on my foot no matter how I tied it. I was so disappointed!

Off gases something awful
Saucony has taken their brand a step backwards with their new "foam." Whatever it is, it off gases something awful and you can't even come near them if you are sensitive. Plus, that smell can't be good for people's health. Would love for them to go back to more traditional styling as they used to be such a solid brand. Try again Saucony.....
