Review Summary
Fits True To Size
Screen reader users: the following list provides a visual scale to illustrate the product fit. Please refer to the heading above for the fit type in text. Here's what customers have to say
The self-inflating sleeping mat provides generally good comfort and insulation, especially for side sleepers, but some users found it lacking in support and prone to punctures or deflation. The self-inflation feature works well, but the deflation and packing process can be tricky. While reasonably durable, a few customers reported issues with punctures or tears, particularly when used on rough terrain. The size and weight make it better suited for car camping than backpacking. Overall, the mat may not meet the needs of all users, particularly larger or heavier individuals, so careful consideration of personal requirements is advised.

Durable and comfortable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great pad. It’s very comfortable and durable. It hasn’t had any issues after many camping trips with kids. I like the size and weight.

Great sleeping pad
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just finished camping near the U. P. , it was raining the first 24 hours. This pad dried quickly and never lost air.

Camp plus sleeping pad and pillow "lock" system
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently purchased self-inflating Camp Plus large rectangular sleeping pad and ultralight regular Aeros Pillow. I did a lot of shopping before deciding on these products. The clincher for me was the "pillow lock system" although I feel the price of the pillow is high given what it is. I followed the directions for applying the "locking" patches carefully - cleaning the sleeping pad surface with alcohol and allowing to dry prior to application. The adhesive on two of the "locking" patches failed the first time I used the pad and pillow. They held onto the pillow but came off the pad when I shifted my body position. The pillow did not hold in place. What a disappointment! Also, despite filling the pad to capacity upon removal from the packaging, and leaving it filled for several days, the pad takes longer to fill than I expected and requires significant additional breaths to fill. It "self-inflates" partially. I expected it to require a few additional breaths, but I think I could fill a non-self-inflating pad in less time and with less breath than required for this pad. On the positive side, I found the pad to be comfortable.

Way too Thin, Doesn't Inflate
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I regret buying the Camp Plus Self-Inflating Sleeping Mat. I’m a side sleeper, and this mat barely inflates enough to give any comfort—it feels thin no matter how much I try to adjust it. The length is fine, and the material quality itself seems okay, but comfort is the whole point of a sleeping mat, and this one fails. Wish I had gone with something thicker or with better support.

It's a bit heavier and
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a bit heavier and more clunky than I thought, but it works well. My son has a bed pad that fits into a smaller sack, is lighter, and fills out as much, but I believe his cost more. Overall, I'm satisfied were it not for the perforations in the sack that occurred when clumsy ferryboat crewmembers did not take care to store it in the hold of the ship properly. I've had to patch up two holes through no fault of Sea to Summit.

Was a great and comfortable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was a great and comfortable sleeping mat! It was a super rainy weekend I used it on for the first time, and although inside my tent was damp, I was dry the the 3 nights I used it. Stayed inflated, slept on gravel bars, no punctures and slept like a baby, even on the rocks!
