Why We Like The Simms Dry Creek Z Hip Pack
Waterproof packs are one thing, but waterproof-submersible packs—like the Simms Dry Creek Z Hip Pack—take water protection to the next level. This pack is TPU coated with a waterproof zipper to keep our gear bone dry if we take an accidental swim or step into a hidden drop-off that dunks our pack into the river. Thanks to its removable waist strap and shoulder strap, we have options for carrying the Dry Creek Z Hip Pack against our lumbar, up front, or across our shoulder, and the 8-liter capacity holds our on-the-water essentials without being bulky and getting in the way of our fishing. This hip pack also keeps us organized with its built-in tool storage, external zippered pocket, and internal stretch mesh storage pockets to keep our fly boxes, leaders, and accessories right where we want them.

Nicely done.
Perfect for hitting the river when you want to go light. Waterproof for phone etc. A hip pack designed by fisherman. If had a suggestion it would be to make the bottle pouch a bit larger in diameter. My Yeti 24oz Rambler is a bit tight. First world problems... :)

Fanny pack
Nice product and well built. Hope Simms can make one a bit bigger in the future. This bag also seems to prevent falling in the river to fully test it waterproof integrity. But been through plenty rainstorms and wet days to test fully. Cheers.

Great pack for all conditions. .
Just did my first flats trip with the pack, it held everything I needed for a grand slam and kept my phone and wallet dry in some rainy and windy conditions. Definitely a better pack than my last one, the dry zipper is genius!

Great pack! I’ve had mine for a few years now and it has always been nice to have. My only suggestion to buyers is to get the new model or buy a belt net holder.

I like the size it holds the boxes I need to carry, I have found I prefer the waist pack over my sling, I find it easier for access

Very functional
Great at being water proof. Room inside is plentiful. Would have enjoyed separators to help organize contents but it works well and easy to use!

Nice fishing tackle bag
It's a nice tackle bag waterproof and everything like that comfortable to wear but the main zipper is a little hard to open
