I work as a grocery store stocker so I'm on my feet 8-9 hours a day 40 hours a week. The cushioning on these socks are amazing. They're warm but don't overheat. They protect my feet from blisters. I bought these as a slightly cheaper alternative to Darn Tough socks, and they are definitely comparable.
