I was disappointed that my first order was cancelled without any reason provided but I was happy that reordering was smooth so I could finally get these boots. I've only worn them around the house as it's currently too warm for boots! I am going home to winter in Australia so I'm looking forward to wearing them more. So far though, they are really comfy and fit well. I'm really happy with them. I'm usually a size 9 but I sized up to a 9.5 and I'm glad I did because they fit perfectly.

Cute look, bad fit/make
These boots are SO cute! I will say unfortunately that an issue I ran into was that the right shoe was clearly smaller and fit different than the left. I don't know if I got an odd pair or if this was an anamoly but it was significant enough that I felt I should mention it, sadly I will be unable to wear these shoes and wish I could return them.

Falls apart quick!
Poor stitching. I’ve had these boots for about 2 weeks and have worn them twice to appointments. The right boot already has a hole where the seam has ripped apart. Disappointed for the amount of money I spent.

Perfect winter boot
I was looking for a winter boot (waterproof, warm, decent grip) and these are perfect. They look smart, aren’t too heavy, easy to get on/off. They’re perfect.
