What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:
"This shirt lives up to its name—it’s the one I wear for pretty much everything. Strength training, runs, or just hanging out post-workout. It’s breathable, durable, and holds up wash after wash. The fit is dialed, and it doesn’t stretch out or cling."
When our training routine changes day to day, the Ten Thousand Versatile Short-Sleeve Shirt keeps up without compromise. Designed for performance across disciplines, it combines breathable fabric with a structured, athletic fit that works just as well for heavy lifts as it does for mid-distance runs.
Silver ion anti-odor tech keeps it feeling fresh through tough sessions, while reinforced seams boost long-term durability. The sweat-wicking performance ensures we stay cool and dry, even when the intensity spikes. Whether it’s your go-to for gym sessions or weekend recovery days, this shirt holds its own.

My go to training shirt
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From the moment I pulled on the Interval Shirt, it felt like more than just a training tee—it felt purpose-built for performance. The fabric is impressively lightweight yet serious. A blend that wicks sweat effortlessly and dries fast. The cut allows for unrestricted movement and virtually no chafing. In other words, it’s built to keep up. The Interval Shirt strikes a smart, athletic silhouette. It isn’t baggy. It “just fits” in that sweet spot—trim through the body, not skin-tight, with enough structure to feel intentional. When I wore it for a couple of full workouts (conditioning, heavy lifts, then a run), the shirt delivered: it stayed in place, didn't cling or bunch, and rapidly dried once the session ended. It also held up well in washing: the fabric maintained its feel, the seams stayed flat, and the odor-control lived up to promise (no lingering funk even after intense sweat). For anyone who trains frequently, this shirt checks a lot of boxes. Bottom line: If you’re looking for a premium training tee that performs across lifting, running and mixed modality work, the Interval Shirt is a top-tier choice. If I had to pick a “go-to” shirt for workouts that matter, this would be it.

Better than LuLu Lemon
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Find that Ten Thousand tops and bottoms are high quality and great materials. Stands up to rigors workouts and can be washed and dried without fading, or losing its structure.

Bring back the original
Need to go back to the original. I had nearly every color of the original and loved it, but the update is terrible, too short, different pattern, different material. So glad I have lots of the original shirts, won't be buying the update, I'll find a different vendor if I have to. But if Tenthousand brings it back, I'll buy more.

New shirt sizes
Shorts still great but shirts got significantly smaller. I owned every almost every color of the interval and recently bought two new ones to refresh the gear. I mistakenly ripped the tags only to realize they are significantly shorter. It barely reaches the waist band of my shorts. Like wearing a belly shirt if I raise my arms up. Hopefully they return to original size dimensions!
