Alpenglow II Boot keeps tiny feet warm, dry, and ready for winter play
What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:
“These little boots are surprisingly tough. I got them for my kiddo last season and they held up through sledding, slushy hikes, and a whole lot of puddles. They’re easy to get on and off, and they kept tiny toes warm even on the coldest snow days.”
Snowy sidewalks and backyard snow angels are no match for the Alpenglow II Boot from The North Face. Designed specifically for smaller adventurers, this winter-ready boot wraps little feet in warmth with 200 grams of HEATSEEKER™ synthetic insulation and keeps moisture out with waterproof construction.
A ballistic-mesh upper and waterproof-leather overlays stand up to the rigors of cold-weather play, while the flexible TPR shell outsole gives great traction without feeling too stiff for new walkers. The result? A lightweight, reliable boot that keeps our smallest explorers happy and dry when winter adventures call.

Best Toddler Boots we've tried
easy to put on, and wide enough for early walkers. happy they started making a taller options once kids become more mobile in snow with same base, cause these are the best toddler boots ever.

Keeps feet dry but not super warm
These kept my kids' feet dry but their feet were freezing cold! We were hiking in temps of 10-40s and snow. They wore the boots with wool socks. Love that they're easy to slip on and the kids can do the velcro strap themselves.

Not terrible but I would look at other options first.
They definitely seem warm but they are a little clunky and the design of the strap makes it difficult to truly secure it.
